ich wäre der, der von Ulm aus hinfährt. Freue mich schon wahnsinnig drauf und hoffe, dass bis dahin nix Unvorhergesehenes passiert, was mich davon abhalten könnte hinzufahren.

Hallo Leute,

der Initiator unseres internationalen Treffens,alargeau, möchte noch die Interessenten bitten, die sich noch nicht auf http://www.peugeot309.net/En/Forum/view ... p?f=3&t=77 zur Teilnahme angemeldet haben, dies zu tun. Er muß jetzt im Hotel bescheid geben, wie viele Leute kommen wegen den Zimmern. Die wollen da eine Schätzung haben oder so.
Also registriert euch doch bitte noch damit dann auch keiner im Auto schlafen muß...

ich habe das Gefühl mein Wagen inkl. 2 Personen wurde im Anmeldeforum bereits erwähnt?!

wo findet die Soße nun eigentlich statt, ich seh da was von Sochaux, ist das korrekt? Nicht dass wir in der falschen Gegend noch paar Tage Urlaub buchen
Und um welche Uhrzeit würdet ihr generell losfahren bzw. an der französischen Grenze sein wollen?

Leider müssen wir aber noch auf das OK bzgl. Urlaubsplanung warten.

wann gibt es genauere Infos (insbesondere ohne Widersprüche) über Ort, Zeit, Programmablauf, Preise (ist ja auch immer wichtig ...) etc.? Vielleicht könnte unser Freund alargeau uns da bitte mit mehr Hinweisen versorgen. Danke!!

Hello!

Here are some details about the meeting.

Dates:
From Friday 13th to Sunday 15th August 2010

Hotel:
The place where we will be staying is a chalet called "le Chalet du Hauts des Bluches". It is in La Bresse, France and its exact address is:

If you have Google Earth or a GPS, you can locate it at:
- Latitude: 47°59'55.76"N
- Longitude: 6°55'4.68"E

The meeting:
The meeting will be a three-day/two-night stay. We will welcome people from Friday afternoon at the chalet. We will try to put road signs for you to find your way easily.
The meeting will officially begin Friday evening with a big dinner. After the dinner, people who will still have some energy left will have a chance to go to a place to drink a beer and have a chat.
- On Saturday morning, we'll drive to Sochaux just after the breakfast. We'll be driving through nice landscapes. The trip will be 1h30 long. We'll arrive in Sochaux around 10am and we'll visit the Peugeot Museum. We'll then eat outdoors picnic and on the way back to the chalet, we'll visit a very traditional place.
- On Saturday evening, we'll have diner all together and then we'll go to Gerardmer where we will see fireworks and have a drink afterwards.
- On Sunday morning, we'll go to the "Grand Ballon" which is the apex of the Vosges mountains and we'll drive through the Route des Crêtes, a very typical road with beautiful sceneries. We'll then eat outdoors. People will start to leave and for those of you who want to stay until the end, we'll continue our tour in this very unique landscape.
The meeting will officially end on Sunday evening.

Pricing:
Even if the price is still being discussed within our club, we can tell you it will be between 110 and 130€ per person. There will be a discount for couples and families and for our club members (L'Amicale 309).
Price will include two nights at the chalet and catering (breakfasts, lunches and dinners), as well as the visit to the Peugeot Museum.
Price will not include any extra (drinks at bars, etc).

IMPORTANT:
Please make sure your car will endure the kilometers as we will be driving long distances. Make sure your car is safe for you and for everyone else and that it doesn't have any gearbox or brake or cooling problems since we will be driving through mountain roads.
Please make also sure all your paperwork such as insurance and registration certificate are valid.
The meeting is a friendly reunion with Peugeot 309 owners, it is not a rallye race so dangerous driving will not be tolerated. Police of every crossed departments will be aware of our journey so we will not hesitate to report any dangerous driving. So please for your safety of for the one of others, be careful when driving.

Rates are from €115 to L'Amicale 309 members to €125 for non members. Rates are expressed per person but there is a discount for couples. If you want to bring your family, you must contact us first to get a quote.

Everybody knows here I don't speak German so please don't hesitate to translate what I'm saying so everyone can read it. I won't use Google Translator because it's way too bad and impossible to understand sometimes.
Unfortunately, the information brochure you can download on the website is not available in German so if there's someone willing to translate it, I would be very very grateful to that person.
